Refunds/Returns/Replacement
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please let us know ASAP so that we may have a chance to rectify the problem.
Although we are sure you will be happy with your purchase as well as the recipient, there is always a chance for a problem to arise. In the rare event that a problem does arise you have 30 days from time of shipment to register a complaint, request refund or replacement, or to claim non-delivery.
Because of all the variables it is impossible to detail each problem with its possible consequence. So we handle each situation on a one by one basis. But the customers happiness along with the recipients happiness is our top priority and we will do everything we can to make that happen.
